Payments are processed through Paddle.com.
Subscription fees and payment terms may be subject to change by Lumoria; however, any modifications for current subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation and Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by following the procedures specified by Lumoria.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to any refund for fees already paid.
Lumoria reserves the right to terminate service in the event of any breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Lumoria does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
Lumoria is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services.
Claims for compensation will be assessed in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
